A very good resort with ane xcellent reputation. There are 3 pools (2 fresh water and salt); the main outdoor swimming pool is largest in kenya! There is a water sports shop and office where guests can organise snorkelling and scuba diving. A children's club is available as is a baby sitting service. A variety of entertainment is on show on selected nights. There are a number of sunbathing areas on the beach and around the resort. (AHJ 07/04)

EXTERIOR
A beachfront property, the Sun N Sand is spread out over 18 acres of landscaped gardens. 3 storeys high in some accommodation blocks, the buildings are painted bright white and peach - many of the blocks are right on the sand beaches.

LOBBY
The large lobby is open plan and has marble floor and a seating area for guests. Painted white and open (no walls) at the entrance and the back the lobby is bright and inviting.

RESTAURANT

The rooms are of a very good standard and have green tiled floors and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have air-con, satellite TV, telephone, fan, mini bar and in-room safe. There is also a writing desk, wooden chairs and a balcony for guests use.
