Todo iba normal hasta el check out, varios integrantes de nuestro grupo tuvimos la desagradable sorpresa de cobrarnos agua de la habitación , que no habíamos consumido. Ante tal sorpresa pedimos hablar con el manager, quien con un gesto totalmente desagradable ni siquiera escucho nuestra queja. Increíble que un hotel de esta características, necesite "robar" con botellitas de agua (no whisky) (a razón de U$S 7 por unidad) Quiero aclarar que varias habitaciones tuvieron la misma sorpresa, debe ser una política habitual del hotel, cobrar por consumos no efectuados.
