This is a good business hotel with pleasant and courteous staff, well furnished rooms, bar and Gym. I have been staying here regularly as the front desk staff are always smiling and the housekeeping responds very promptly. What i feel the best thing about this hotel is tha prime location. The biggest shopping mall is next to this hotel. Pune is place where you can shop eat and celebrate at its max. Me and my friends are looking out for my friends Ring Ceremony function where to organized we are roaming arround kakade mall and we found Sagar Plaza in front of us. We walk into the hotel and looking out there who will be the responsible person over their. The manager is busy with sum other customer. we are waiting for him one of the staff member come close to me and offer me to sit. He is so decent in looks and very polite. We both are served with cold water and by the time manager free they offer us cookies to eat. Hotel is excellent in his service, Pleasent and Lavish.
