"The Club Floor" rooms are all non-smoking and located on the 15th to 16th floors. Each room is large with modern decor. The building is completely white with distinctive balcony curves from each room, adding to the unique design to the building and is easily recognised. Being extremely large and wide, it gives the guest a spacious and welcoming atmosphere and is one of the largest hotel lobbies in Tokyo, being two floors height. There is also a lounge leading on from the reception, which gives beautiful views of the Japanese gardens and a quiet space for guests to enjoy. For guests staying at Club floor rooms, personal check-in service is available at "The Club Lounge" on the 16th floor until 22:00 in evening. "The Club Lounge" is open between 7:00 am to 21:00 exclusively for Club floor guests. Secretary service, personal check-in/out, beverage service in day-time and cocktail in evening are provided there. The hotel is one of the Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbour Hotels, which provides free shuttle bus services to and from Tokyo Disney Resorts. The hotel is a modern set in the spacious scenic Japanese gardens and well known for its banqueting facilities, which is one of the biggest in Japan. The atmosphere of the hotel is similar to a resort hotel and it is suitable for both the business and leisure travelers. The hotel is connected with Grand Prince Takanawa Hotel and The Prince Sakura Tower Hotel via the gardens. Some facilities at those hotels can be shared with guest staying at the hotel.
