Hotel has 4 outlets. Prince Albert Rotisserie- One of Manila?s best fine dining restaurants with its gourmet French and Continental fare. Offers tableside food preparations. Boasts of 3 private dining salons that can seat 4 to 16 guests. Open for lunch Monday to Friday from 12 NN to 2:30 PM and dinner Monday to Saturday from 7 PM to 11 PM. Café Jeepney- Themed around the world famous Filipino jeepney, it is a favorite watering hole for the tour?s newsmakers.
