This recently-renovated, city hotel comprises a total of 256 rooms, including 5 suites and 2 disability-friendly rooms, and offers guest a touch of the contemporary in its European style and design. Among the facilities of this air-conditioned establishment count a lobby with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a lobby lounge and a restaurant. There are 2 computer terminals next to the reception which have high-speed Internet access for an hourly charge and wireless high-speed Internet access is also available in the lobby, poolside, restaurant, and function rooms: prepaid Internet cards are for sale at reception. Guests are also invited to take advantage of the hotel room service and there is parking for those arriving by car.

The rooms are decorated in contemporary, European style and come with an en suite bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer. In addition all rooms include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, broadband Internet access (for an additional fee), a minibar, a mini fridge, complimentary coffee and tea making facilities and an electronic safe. A double bed with comfortable bedding as well as centrally regulated air conditioning are also provided in all accommodation as standard and all rooms enjoy a scenic view of either the outdoor swimming pool or the city. Accommodation is available from the 2nd floor, with a choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms (on request).

Recreational facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with a children's paddling area and guests may relax in the sauna or Jacuzzi or with a massage. Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a work-out in the gym and there is a pool table available to guests from 12:00 noon till midnight.

Guests may select their continental breakfast from a buffet and the midday and evening meals are available à la carte. The hotel has its own restaurant, Modestos, which serves Italian cuisine in a charming setting overlooking the landscaped waterfall garden.
