Built in 1950, this two-storey finca was renovated in 2006 and includes 4 single rooms and 1 double room. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, air conditioning, a garden and a hotel safe. Guests are also provided with a small supermarket, shops, a bar, a nightclub, a TV room and a restaurant. In addition, the hotel features a terrace, private security and Internet access. Room service, laundry services as well as medical assistance are also offered as well as parking facilities in the garage and the services of Havana's international congress centre.

Two rooms include their own bathroom, while two rooms share a bathroom (upper floor). In addition, there is a bathroom for visitors and 3 service rooms with en suite bathrooms.
