Una cosa mas, sobre el hotel realmente no puedo decir nada porque nunca llegue a hospedarme ahí. Y la persona con la que intente contactarme fue Mahmoud Ragab al correo mahmoud.ragab@destinia.com Tel. (+34) 91 524 24 00 - Ext. 278. De verdad deberían pensar en lo que significa para los usuarios la falta de seriedad de las paginas en las que reservamos hoteles. Presentan un inconveniente enorme, no solo perdí el dinero de la reserva sino que me toco pagar otro hostal. [read more]

Más que sobre el hotel quisiera comentar sobre la pagina destinia.com. porque es un completo fracaso, una falta de respeto. Reserve un hotel en Santa Clara, Cuba para dos personas por una noche. Cuando llegue al lugar donde supuestamente era el hotel me encontré con una casa vieja y abandonada, cerca había un hostal así que entre a preguntar si sabían del hotel Mascotte y me dijeron que eso no era en Santa Clara, sino en un pueblo que quedaba a 80km de Santa Clara. Intente comunicarme a través de los correos electrónicos que aparecen en el mail de confirmación, trate de cancelar la reserva a través del link que había sido enviado a mi correo ... [read more]
