Description: Over the 17 floors of the air-conditioned hotel there are 300 rooms, of which 15 are suites. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, safe, a currency exchange desk, a hairdresser and a lift. Guests may also make use of the casino, café, bar, 3 restaurants and wireless Internet access. A 24-hour business centre also features within the hotel with spacious conference rooms including the latest technology. Multilingual staff are on hand to help with event planning and secretarial services. There is also a laundry service (for a fee), a car park and a playground for children at this hotel. From the meeting facilities to the lush tropical garden, perfect for weddings and other unforgettable festivities, the hotel envelops guests in elegant warmth, comfort and functionality. The rooms include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, 2 direct dial telephones, satellite TV, Internet access, and a double or king-size bed. Additional amenities include a hire safe, a coffee machine, a balcony and central air conditioning. Upgraded rooms are found on the floors set aside for the Knutsford Club members. These feature a separate check-in, afternoon snacks and upgraded facilities.
