Hotel muy céntrico y trato correcto, mala insonorización en las habitaciones se oye
mucho ruido de la calle, todo lo demas bastante bién.

La comida y el servicio de restaurante no está a la altura de un Hotel de 5 estrellas.

El hotel está junto a los almacenes Pyrinees. Justo en frente han habilitado un parking municipal a precios  reducidoscon una oferta que permite aparcar en todos los parkings municipales. Todas las habitaciones son Junior-Suite (salon, vestidor- baño y dormitorio independiente).
El buffet es bueno, con el segundo plato preparado en el momento a elegir de la carta.

Très bien situé.
Personnel très aimable.
Propreté et service impeccable.
Etat général (bâtiment, mobilier, aménagement ...) impeccable.
Restauration (en demi pension): petit déjeuner très bien (8/10), le soir c'est correct (5 à 8/10 selon les jours), au niveau personnel: un peu débordé (en salle ou en cuisine ?) mais globalement on n'attend pas trop.

Para ser un 5 estrellas deberían de renovar los muebles estropeados y el parquet, por lo demás genial.

Muy bien ubicado en la zona de tiendas de Andorra. La comida bastante bien para toda la familia. La habitación amplia y separada en 2 estancias para niños y mayores. De las únicas pegas a poner del hotel son el sofá-cama donde duermen los niños, que era muy antiguo, incomodo y donde sobresalían por los laterales la estructura de hierro. Muy peligroso de darse un buen golpe, como así ocurrió.

Perfecta ubicación y precio/calidad adecuados. IDeal para familias con niños: todas las habitaciones son suites con los departamentos separados con puertas.

El hotel esta muy bién ubicado, y el trato ha sido correcto, pero yo no he visto 5 estrellas
por ninguna parte, ni en servicios ni   en  instalaciones.

El desayuno de los niños no esta incluido en el precio y son 12 euros por niño aunque el desayuno sea un vaso de leche.
