Un gran hotel, con unas vistas maravillosas y un servicio extraordinario. Muy recomendable. Repetiré.

Cama muy confortable y agradable aunque no tanto como la habitacion que no es muy cálida. Hotel muy familiar lleno de niños, nada romántico. El desayuno un poco pobre y no tiene bar para por la noche. A mi juicio le sobra una estrella, es más bien un 3 estrellas.

La estancia ha sido excelente. Buena atención, buena comida tanto en desayuno como cena. La piscina con el agua caliente, perfecta.
La próxima vez repetiré pero pediré una habitación con balcón, ya que hacen caso a las sugerencias.

El hotel está ubicado a pocos km de Andorra y rodeado de naturaleza, espectacular.
Lo peor si se puede decir es la comida o cena, pero nada mal tampoco.
Los desayunos muy buenos así como el servicio del hotel y la amabilidad recibida.

El hotel es perfecto, la comida es excelente, la única pega es que me instalaron al lado del ascensor y se escuchaba el ruido, de todas formas volvería a ir...

Hay 2 edificios, están separados por unas escaleras metálicas un poco incómodas. Los servicios están en uno de ellos. El otro solo para las habitaciones y el desayuno. A parte de esto, todo muy correcto. Quizás la cena de los adultos un poco flogilla, el menú infantil muy abundante.

Hemos estado varias veces en diferentes años y vas comprobando el deterioro de las instalaciones, sobre todo tema del baño, grifos, picas rajadas, etc.

Hay detalles que para ser un 4* deberían de cuidar mas, bien que es hotel de montaña y su plato fuerte es el invierno con los esquiadores, pero los marcos de la puerta del balcón rotos, no hay doble cortina, no tiene aire acondicionado (aunque de noche no hace falta), mando de la tele sin tapa, cristal roto del escritorio, etc.

De los 4* de la zona es de los caros, todo y que en la Andorra la Vella los hay de mas caros.

Hotel muy bonito y limpio. Trato muy agradable. Desayuno y cena dentro de su categoria. Habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Parking exterior gratuito. Ideal para desconectar, teniendo todo a mano.

prix promotionnel très attractif, excellent rapport qualité/prix.

un seul reproche : repas demi-pension de semaine peu appétissant ;
mais inversement  très bonne nourriture  le WE.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana y como siempre todo excelente. Mucha variedad en el Desayuno tipo buffet, Las habitaciones muy amplias, el personal muy amable y atento. A diez minutos en coche al centro de las tiendas y a pistas. El hotel es muy acogedor, el parking es gratis, es muy importante ya que en Andorra todos los hoteles te clavan con el parking 18 euros.

Está en la Massana muy bien situado para los que quieren ir a esquiar a Vallnord o de compras por Carlemany que también está a un paso en coche. También tienen transporte propio hasta el telecabina. A 100m de la carretera principal en una zona muy tranquila.y con sitio para aparcar al aire libre en el propio recinto del hotel (gratis) o en su propio parking de pago.

El servicio muy atento y amable y todo muy limpio. La habitación muy grande y espaciosa. En general muy contento con el sitio. Si surge la ocasión no dudaré en repetir.
