The family-run Wohlfühlhotel Platzer is located right in the centre of Gerlos, at 1,245 metres above sea level, and is an ideal starting point for all kinds of winter sports.

Enjoy the rich breakfast buffet before hitting the slopes. 160 kilometres of slopes and 53 state-of-the-art cable cars are in the immediate vicinity of Wohlfühlhotel Platzer. The Isskogel ski run leads directly to the hotel. Cross-country skiing, snow tubing, tobogganing and horse-drawn sleigh rides are also possible.

The ski buses of the Zillertal Arena ski region stop right in front of the hotel and also take you to Zell am Ziller, Königsleiten, Krimml and Wald im Pinzgau.

In summer the hotel's own fishing grounds are available for fly-fishing and line fishermen.

Enjoy a drink in the popular "Cin-Cin" après ski bar or relax in the new, 400 m² spa area before you enjoy the hotel restaurant's excellent Austrian cuisine for dinner.
