Newly opened in 2004, this 4-storey hotel comprises a total of 120 rooms including 9 suites. Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe and lifts as well as 'Les Saisons de Spa' brasserie that features a heated outdoor terrace and offers a range of delicious specialities and the 'O2 - Source d'Oxygène' non-smoking restaurant where a diverse range of dishes may be ordered (highchairs available for infants in addition to exquisite, innovative cuisine as well as regional specialities, seafood and low fat menus). Cosy 'The Sparkles' bar is the ideal location in which to partake of an aperitif or a cocktail and a range of further facilities are on offer, including a currency exchange desk, a large function room, which may be divided into 4 smaller meeting rooms (modern conference equipment; capacity of 100 persons), and a car parking garage.
Designed by the famous interior architect, Nicolas Lecompte, the standard rooms are 27 m² in size and afford fabulous views out over the city or the surrounding forests. Each comes with a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, a radio, satellite/ cable TV and central heating and a desk with a mirror, a king-sized bed, a minibar and a hire safe also feature as standard. The spacious junior suites come with a private terrace and cover some 36 m². The luxurious palace suite features 3 private terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet and a foam bath. Non-smoking rooms, anti-allergy rooms and rooms with disabled access or connecting doors may be booked on request. Room service is available around the clock.
The hotel's spa area offers access to a sauna and Turkish baths and is directly linked to the 'Nouveau Thermes', which offers guests a broad range of thermal treatments and individual treatment cabins. Amongst the spa offerings include traditional or more individual treatments including Niagara baths, thermal showers, mudpacks and various types of massage. Spa's thermal springs are also to be found within a short distance of the hotel, are famous for their healing waters and cover a total surface area of some 800 m² in which indoor and outdoor pools with hydro baths, saunas, Jacuzzis, Turkish steam baths and relaxation rooms with aromatherapy and black light therapy are on offer.
