Description: The guest rooms have been individually decorated in a sombre style. They vary in size, from small to large, and are all in very good condition. The hotel has a dining room inside the main building, but the main restaurant is a very chic, modern brasserie, just across the road, set in a renovated traditional building. It is a traditional, terraced stone building. The lobby is a large, but narrow area, with several cosy sitting areas, very well-appointed and has a definite medieval atmosphere. It has a small, modern bar area. This hotel is a very charming, historical property offering good, modern facilities. The hotel consists of several buildings, in which guests can be accommodated: le Clos de Trincavel, Le Donjon ( the reception is in this building), La Maison des Remparts and le Comte Roger. El servicio en la salida fue con una demora excesiva teniendo en cuenta que recepción ASEGURO el día anterior ningún tipo de demora ni problema. Debiamos salir a las 9 h. en punto y recogierón las maletas a las 9,45 h. para llevarnos al parking exterior. Por lo que tuvimos que suspender el recorrido previsto por el CANAL DE MIDI, cuyos tiquets fuerón adquiridos el día anterior [read more]

Excelente ubicación, dentro de la muralla, y un servicio muy atento. Es conveniente llevar el teléfono del Hotel para que te indiquen cómo llegar o te vengan a recoger (el servicio està incluído en el precio) pues el interior de la murtalla està cerrado al tràfico de 10 a 18 hores y, aunque se llegue en horario de circulació, resulta complicado moverse por las estrechas callejuelas del interior de la ciudadela si no las conoces. No hay problema con el idoma pues una elevada proporción de empleados hablan español. [read more]
