Description: The bedrooms are of medium size and in good condition, all tastefully furnished with the expected facilities. There is a formal gastronomic restaurant set in a fairly imposing room. I really appreciated the friendly, attentive service at La Grotte. This is an old, traditional hotel which has been in the same family for generations. Everything is pretty grand, as the name says. It smells a bit like similar Scottish Hotels which hold the ages in their thick carpets. The breakfasts are good, buffet-style. Another advanatage is that it offers free parking. The hotel is a short walk from the sanctuary. [read more]
