Los cuartos  son  pequeños  y  el  baño  demasiado  chico,  el  servicio  es  excelente.

O hotel é bem localizado. Muito próximo ao metrô e com acesso a pé a muitos lugares interessantes também.

O café da manhã é excelente, com direito a Nespresso e tudo mais. O pessoal do café muito prestativo e cordial.

Alguns problemas que poderiam ser resolvidos rapidamente e tornar o hotel mais atrativo não foram feitos. O banheiro é pequeno, o box do banho é minúsculo, e como o misturador de água é externo torna o banho uma tarefa difícil. A porta do box não travava, o que realmente tornou um banho que era dificil uma tarefa  quase que impossível. A tampa do vaso sanitário é solta (colocaram uma tampa maior do que o vaso).
