Achei o Hotel super bem localizado, pena o atendimento, pois nunca fui tão mau atendida como fui lá. Meu esposo questionou na recepção se havía uma sala para deixar as bagagens até o horário do nosso trem, uma vez que o trem era as 18:00 e nosso check out era as 11:00, o atendente nos informou que não haveria maiores problemas, que podíamos deixar no quarto mesmo pois estavam com vários quartos vazios, então ficamos tranquilos e saímos a passear, quando chegamos ao hotel á meia tarde, nossas coisas estávam em sacos plásticos na recepção do hotel, pois o gerente não sabia de nada e mandou descer nossas coisas, mexeram em nossos objetos pessoa...
