My opinion about rthis hotel 13-01-2010 Guest Average: 7.6 (out of 10)
Rooms usual size for Paris, but this did not feel claustrophic and the furniture / fittings were relatively new and cosy. Hotel had a nice feel about it. It's a 10 minute walk into the liveliest parts of the Marais. It's one of the better value places I've stayed in Paris, especially since breakfast was more than adequate.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado.  El trato del personal es correcto.  La limpieza también.  Lo que no me parece normal es que al dejar el hotel te cobran 1 € por persona y por día por la utilización de la habitación.

Lo mejor del hotel es su situación: a escasos metros de dos estaciones de metro, Republique y Temple. A veinticinco minutos andando de Centro Pompidou, el Hotel de Ville y Notre Damme.
No tiene aire acondicionado y hacía calor en las habitaciones (bastante minúsculas pero en buen estado). Nuestra habitación daba a un patio y podíamos dormir con la ventana abierta.
El aseo estaba limpio (aunque encontré un gran pelo en el lavabo) pero requiere una reforma.
El desayuno es correcto y tipo buffét: leche, zumo, croissants (bastante buenos), yogur, mermeladas, mantequilla, cereales...

Très satisfait, nous avions demandé une chambre au 1er étage et nous l'avons eue. Bon accueil, petit déjeuner au sous sol, très bien. Chambre assez petite mais confortable, bon rapport qualité prix.
