Renovations are done during winter while the hotel is closed. Sono molto spiacente ma devo segnalare un grosso disservizio vostro e dell'hotel. La quota che destinia mostrava per il soggiorno dei miei clienti era di € 1200.00 totale per una camera doppia per 3 notti. Il pagamento doveva essere diretto in hotel e quando il cliente è andato a pagare gli hanno chiesto € 1640.00 totali, non solo mi sono accorta oggi che hanno prelevato anche € 420.00 dalla mia carta di credito data a garanzia della prenotazione. Ora non posso andare a chiedere al mio cliente altri € 420.00 per questa prenotazione quindi oltre che non ho guadagnato nulla per il servizio offerto al cliente, ci ho anche rimesso.
