Description: The comfortable 4-storey hotel comprises a total of 248 rooms, of which 15 are suites. Facilities include a reception area, a bar, a café, and a à la carte restaurant. Bicycle hire is available and there are parking spaces and a garage for those arriving by car. The tastefully fitted rooms all come with a bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, a radio, a hire safe, and air conditioning. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren ausgesucht höflich und freundlich, der Servive im zweimal in Anspruch genommenen Restaurant sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön direkt am Neckar gelegen; zur Altstadt von Heidelberg sind es allerdings etwa 2,5km. Das Hotel hat ein ca. 8x15m großes Schwimmbad und einen umfangreichen Wellnessbereich. Bei Buchung eines "Executive" Zimmers steht den Gästen ganztägig eine Lounge mit Getränken und Snacks zur Verfügung; von dort aus der dritten Etage auf der Neckarseite hat man ebenfalls einen recht schönen Blick. A pesar de haber pagado a través de esta página web la totalidad de la estancia, el hotel me ha realizó dos cargos. El primero por un importe de 100 euros, el mismo dia de llegada, y el segundo de 83 euros el día anterior a la salida. Esta situación la reclame en mi segunda estancia en el mismo hotel dos días más tarde. La situación se mantiene a día de la fecha. [read more]
