The bedrooms are individually decorated many of them are provided with historical furnishings and some of them have even beds with canopy. Due to the age of the building the rooms vary a lot in size, but on average they are medium sized. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition. From the lobby you enter the cosy "Weinstube" which is rustic in design with wooden decoration and antique decoration. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine there. The restaurant "Rieslingstube" is also very rustic in design with wooden beams under the ceiling a polished wooden floor, wooden furniture and antique paintings. The hotel Alte Thorschenke has the appearance of a little castle with its dark tiled sloping roof and small spires. It is originally one of the oldest historical wine taverns in Germany from the 13th century. The small lobby is furnished with antique furniture. It has a tiled floor covered with rugs and only a small seating area. The focal point is a heavy hand graven wooden spiral staircase from the 16th century.
