En general el hotel esta muy bien, instalaciones, limpieza, ubicación, comodidad, desayuno, pero lo que deberían mejorar es el servicio al cliente,en recepción las chicas son bastantes frías y parece que nos hacen el favor al atendernos y responder a nuestras preguntas (típico en Alemania)fuera de eso me he quedado bastante contento.
