Marco un punto al servicio pero porque no me deja marcar el 0. El trato fue nefasto. Casi que nos esperaban sobre las 23:30 h cuando llegamos a la recepción del hotel. Y cual fue nuestra sorpresa cunando nos dicen que no tienen habitación. La causa que se nos da es que había llovido todo el día y se había inundado el hotel. MENTIRA . Ya no nos lo creimos desde el principio y lo confirmamos al dia siguiente por varias fuentes. No había llovido ni una gota ese día en Palermo. Solo tenían prisas para que nos fueramos. Nos enviaron a un hotel que no correspondia ni con la tarifa que habíamos pagado. Peor situado etc... En la recepción había tres ... [read more]
