Description: An attractive option for those visitors wanting value-for-money accommodation in a good standard hotel close to the heart of Amsterdam. The superior 3-star Bastion Centrum-Noord Hotel is just a 5-minute bus ride from the bustling centre of Amsterdam and offers guests a total of 68 rooms where standard facilities include colour television (with free video channel), telephone, safe, radio alarm clock, desk, modem connection, free coffee and tea facilities, a minibar and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A sumptuous breakfast buffet is served every morning between 06.00 and 09.30 hrs and the hotel¿s à la carte grill restaurant is open from 11.00 to 23.00 hrs for lunch and dinner; the menu offers a choice of international dishes. Unfriendly staff. Asking the recepionist for the way to go to the center-she did not know. Very poor cleaning service in the weekend. By all means too expensive for what you get. Breakfeast ok, but everyday the same. The best were the free parking posibilities and the good connection by bus to the centre. [read more]

El hotel está bastante bien. El desayuno muy completo y los recepcionistas siempre dispuestos a resolver dudas. está un poco lejos del centro aunque en autobús se llega bastante rápido, pero es engorroso estar esperando al autobús. si algún día volviera, cogería un hotel mas céntrico.. [read more]

Very good hotel, bus stop at 50 meters to the city center (12 minutes) quiet, clean room and good restaurant. Heater is great, room very clean and beautiful. A really good hotel for Amsterdam standard, we will repeat. [read more]
