Location: Thon Hotel Opera - Dronning Eufemias gate 4 - Oslo 0154 - Oslo - Norway [see map]
Description: The rooms are medium in size and in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms. Half of the rooms have parquet floors, and the majority enjoy a view over the fjord. The full-service restaurant is located on the 3rd floor, and can seat up to 350 people. The restaurant serves an international menu and has a light, airy feel, thanks to the huge windows. This is a very impressive, modern-style building, with a sandstone-like facade. The lobby is very large and creates a marvelous and impressive first impression. The floor is of polished granite, and there is ample comfortable seating. This is an extremely impressive property in a very practical location, for both groups and individuals. Estancia de 2 noches para visitar la ciudad. Matrimonio y una hija de 23 años. El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, especialmente si se tiene previsto utilizar el tren, como fue nuestro caso. La zona es buena, se puede ir andando a una buena parte de las principales calles y visitas turísticas. En definitiva, lo encuentro un hotel muy recomendable tanto para vacaciones como para negocios. Hotel moderno, situado al lado de la estación central, lo que te permite utilizar el tren directo al Aeropuerto y evita la utilización de taxis, situado asimismo al lado de la Opera de Oslo, y al comienzo de la calles mas comerciales de la ciudad. [read more]
