Description: The rooms are medium-sized and in good condition and are contemporary in style using light wood and bright colours. The bathrooms are also of an excellent standard. There are two restaurants at the hotel, the elegant Soplica serving international cuisine and the spacious Maryla offering local specialities. Both are on the ground floor. A modern, purpose built multi-storied hotel which plays an important role in Warsaw skyline. The lobby is large and bustling with a wide selection of facilities and services, including a travel agency, a small bar, a gift shop, and a florist. There are also plenty of seats in the centre of the lobby. This is a great hotel with an excellent location suitable for all types of traveller. We booked the hotel on the same day we slept there. When we reached the hotel 9 hours later the man on the front desk claimed that they haven't got a reservation and wanted me to pay the hotel for a second time. After some discussion I realized that the reservation department of that hotel didn't work in Sarurday and Sunday so I gave him a warranty with my credit card until Monday. Hopefully the amount will not be charged twice . At the breakfast and also at the checkout the same situation occured, the information wasn't given to each other.
