Description: All the uniquely designed 34 rooms have hydro massage bathtub, air conditioning, mini bar, cable television, ISDN phone, level5 modem lines, safety box. The fine restaurant Rosa Maria, serves exquisite Mediterranean fusion cuisine by chef Bernard Pfister. A remodeled 19th century mansion, formerly owned by the Count of Cabral, has been combined with a contemporary design Medium size decorated in elegant contemporary style leading to the famous classic bar called Coconuts - club for up to 600 people. This hotel is ideal for business travellers or weekenders who wants to enjoy the charm of the old town of Cascais, with its old houses and cobbled streets, and the famous marina. Service was excellent, location was stunning. Rooms were very comfortable. Would have been nice, however, if chairs on balcony had cushions, chairs in pool bar were more comfy etc. Just little extra touches really. No question above about food and we had an expensive, slow and rather average lunch when we there! [read more]
