All the rooms have recently been renovated and are in very good condition, each room is medium in size, and modern in design with pictures of old Moscow. All rooms have plasma TV's, mini bar, internet access and all the usual amenties of international four star. All bathrooms have bathtubs and are small to medium in size. The restaurant is large, bright and spacious and located on the fourth floor. The hotel was built in the early 1990's and is modern but slightly imposing as it mixes modern architecture with a slight Soviet twist. The large marble lobby has several seating areas offering both groups and individuals space for meetings or to have refreshments. As the first western four star to open in Moscow after the fall of Communism this legendary hotel reopened in Summer 2008 and after it's renovation makes it one of the best hotels in Moscow for quality and location. Although it does not have a international brand name the service and the standard of the rooms makes it equal to any of the more expensive chain hotels and is highly recommended for both groups and individuals.
