Description: This fully air-conditioned, modern and functional building offers guests a new hotel concept. Built in December 2004, it comprises a total of 50 apartments. Facilities include: lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange, lift access, laundry service, parking and garage. Daily room service is also available free of charge. WiFi Internet access is available for free throughout the hotel. The apartments come equipped with double beds, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a TV, a direct dial telephone, a minibar and a fully fitted kitchen with hobs, a fridge and a smoke-extractor fan. They include spacious en suite bathrooms equipped with all the commodities necessary for guests to feel at home. Rooms also come with either a balcony or terrace. Me alojé en la 1ª planta y el restaurante de abajo hizo mucho ruido tanto al cerrar (01:00) como al abrir el restaurante (06:00)arrastrando sillas y mesas. [read more]

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, muy limpio, comodo, no tiene mucho lujo pero es lo suficiente para estar, la ubicacion mas o menos bien, para ir al centro lo mejor es coger bus y para aparacar hay que dar alguna vueltecilla pero se aparca al final, es una barriada muy tranquila. Yo lo recomiendo para viaje de trabajo. [read more]

Zona tranquila. Apartamento amplio Se puede cocinar y tiene frigo, pero es escaso el menaje, el cual tienes que pedirlo. Está lejos del centro de Badajoz, El desayuno (una mezcla entre bufet y simple café con tostada), está regular, no hay mucha variedad y escasea si llegas tarde. Lo bueno desayuno su horario de 7:30 a 11:00. [read more]

Reserva para 4, entregue quarto quádruplo, mas uma das camas não estava feita. Depois de reclamar, foi apenas entregue a roupa para a fazermos, em vez do pessoal a vir fazer. O pequeno almoço foi uma desgraça. Inqualificável. Se voltar, será sem pequeno almoço, pois nunca fui tão mal servido! [read more]

Para um hotel 3 estrelas tem boas instalações, em termos de limpeza poderia ser melhor deixa algumas dúvidas, serviço de bar razoavel mas as torrsdas são horriveis isto devido à manteiga que é usada. [read more]

We had a very comfortable stay. Aparthotel Ascarza was clean and well maintained. The price was good and the location was a bit outside the city, but close to a shopping mall and local restasurants. The price was reasonable. The hotel does have a hospitality package available, but you must request it from the Front Desk. Since it is an aparthotel, the kits should already be in each room. They shouldn't be a great financial expense and it is inconvenient to have to request the kit. We had two rooms and just didn't bother with requesting kits.
