Description: Rooms are newly-built, spotless and in excellent condition with contemporary and functional decor and warm and fashionable colours (orange, green, yellow). They come with showers rather than baths. All have air conditioning and a free PC connection. Bear in mind that rooms are cleaned once per week. Any extra cleaning will attract a charge. Huge restaurant, located on the lower ground floor. It caters for breakfast as well as for guests' lunch and dinner. This is a new and modern building of 12,000 sq/m, surrounded by green spaces, parks and a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Big and bright with plenty of seating and tables. This brand new student residence is an original and splendid option for those who have a small budget, but wish to stay in a calm and placid environment well connected to the city centre. Please ask reception for updates on all the activities taking place at this complex's different venues. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Se trata de una residencia internacional para estudiantes bastante nueva que no tiene nada que envidiar a la mayoría de hoteles de 3 estrellas, y por un precio mucho mejor. Aunque se encuentra lejos del centro, esta cerca de la estación de metro de Mundet, en la línea 3, que pasa por el centro y por la estación de tren de Sants. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita, ya que se encuentra al pie del monte Tibidabo. El servicio de restaurante tambien esta muy bien, podemos comer o cenar de buffet por tan solo 9,50 € [read more]

Hôtel très bien situé ,chambre confortable les communs très propre. Les repas bien avec beaucoup de choix prix très correct,le personnel de la réception compétent. le seul problème se sont les chaises bruyant pas de protection sous les pieds et le bruit de certaine personne sans gène dans la nuit. Agora Student Residence ist ein Hotel für die jünge Leute. Er befindet sich am Standrand. Die Metrohaltestelle ist in ca.5-8 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zur Stadtmitte sind es dann ca 20 Min mit der U-Bahn. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel an sich ist zwar neu, aber ziemlich unordentlich gebaut. Überall findet man irgendwelche Baufehler. Aber im großen und ganzen ist es ganz ok! Das Frühstück war ein Traum, man hatte genug Auswahl. Orangensaft war super lecker! The price is cheap but many students stay in this hotel. It is noisy in the night. But if you wanna save some money, maybe it is good choice. The hotel is not so close to Metro station so have to walk. [read more]

Asegúrate bien de que lo que has reservado corresponde con la fotografía, porque yo fui y vi unas habitaciones con dos camas juntas con tv..... cuando llegué me dieron una habitación de estudiante con dos camitas separadas, con dos escritorios, sin tv, sin secador.... Bajé a la recepción y se lo comenté y me dijo que eso era lo que yo había reservado y le dije que en la web no había otra opción, que si estamos en temporada alta y si no tienen mas habitaciones en plan "hotel" que no hagan más reservas. ademas estas habitaciones no contaban con limpieza diaria, mientras que las otras sí.
