As impressive as the rest of the property, the Restaurant Moo is located in the ground floor looking into a courtyard forest of bamboo and aluminum. The menu stands out for the finest half portions and wines by the glass to encourage mixing and matching. A singular facade of six floors, with a slab of light stone with rectangular sections peeled back like the pages of a book, revealing the guest room windows underneath. Unconventional and distinctive as the rest of the hotel. The restaurant and the cocktail bar are also in this level.
