Description: Some of the rooms are close to luxurious and feature medieval furniture and 4-poster beds. The restaurant offers a wide variety of very rich Catalan cuisine among the typical dishes are the 'escudella' (a typical stew), sea bass and sea perch in a 'suquet' (an excellent fish stew), sardines, as well as the sausages and other preserved meat products. Typical sweet dishes are the 'panellets' and the 'neulets'. At its foot the River Cardoner bizarrely reflects the three rings of walls and ramparts. The Minyona Tower, an authentic architectural jewel dating back to the 11th century, features in a beautiful legend of a prohibited love affair. This hotel houses a magnificent Roman temple, endowing the town with its patron saint. The lobby is decorated in a gothic style. El hotel como lugar estratégico es genial. La habitación que reserbamos doble estándar,fatal feisima, las sabanas estaban agujereadas, pasadas y muy mal para ser un parador de 4 estrellas,. Así es que no lo recomiendo a nadie. Solo lo recomiendo para hacer una visita particular y nada más. [read more]

Magníficamente situado y con un servicio correctísimo, quizás falte alguna propuesta para no tener que salir, si no se quiere , del mismo parador jucuzzi , sala masaje, etc. para acabar de relajarse en un dia , por ejemplo , de lluvia. [read more]

Precioso hotel situado en un castillo medieval del s.XI. Las vistas eran magníficas y el servicio a la altura de Paradores. Incluso nos cambiaron la habitación por otra superior sin coste alguno. [read more]

La verdad es que fue toda una sorpresa porque alojarse en un castillo es todo un lujo. Lo mas impresionante es el edificio en si. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas. El baño tiene bañera de hidromasaje de lo más relajante. El personal es muy educado, amable y servicial. El buffet de desayuno es de lujo y muy variado. El trato exquisito. Muy recomendable sin duda.
