Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Tienen servicio para llevar al aeropuerto, pero solo para personal de vuelo. Debería estar disponibles a todos los clientes del hotel. [read more]

Instalaciones nuevas, habitaciones grandes, bien situado y personal atento. Aire acondicionado inexistente, podías pasar calor, o bien poner el aire y pasar mucho calor. Tras quejarme me indicaron que si tenía calor apagara el aire acond. que este no tenia posibilidad de dejar de dar calor. La solución final fue abrir la ventana todo el día para refrescar la habitación. El expendedor de gel de baño no funcionaba, me queje tres días y al cuarto tras ofrecerme cambiar de habitacón me pusieron 4 frasquitos de gel. Por último el agua de la ducha podía ser casi peligrosa, si le dabas a caliente subia la temperatura, y si le dabas hacia la fría ... [read more]

Cuando llegamos al hotel y solicitamos la entrada de la hab. El hotel no había recibido la reserva y el pago de la habitacion, aunque yo tenia todos los datos correctos y la reserva. ok, en mi correo, , eso nos llevo una larga espera he incomoda. La cama es muy dura, y la calefacción esta programada muy baja temperatura, osea hacia friooooo. Gracias. [read more]

el hotel ha estado bien, su ubicación es buena ya que se encuentra cerca del centro comercial anec blau, pero Castelldefels no es un sitio muy bonito de visitar, lo unico que vale la pena ver es su castillo. Respecto a la estancia del hotel basstante bien, las habitaciones muy grandes i especiosas pero los muebles estavan llenos de polvo. [read more]

EXCELENTE!! hotel muy bonito, habitaciones enormes, bufet super completo y genial LO RECOMIENDO Y VOLVERÉ SEGURO!! en foros verás comentarios sobre la moqueta (exterior de las habitaciones) si es cierto q tiene manchas, muchas, pero esq el color no ayuda, pero se ve q son decoloraciones NO SUCIEDAD!! el hotel está muy limpio y superó mis expectativas!!
