Bien situado, habitaciones amplias y confortables, lo mejor el parking gratuito. Si vuelvo a Jerez no dudare en volver al mismo hotel. 100% recomendable.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado, y me he alojado en muchos, y en muchos países.
Parece más un hotel de cinco que de cuatro estrellas.
Lo único que no es de cinco (y casi ni siquiera de cuatro), es el tamaño de la habitación. La cama era tan grande (muy buena, muy cómoda, perfecta) que casi no cabía nada más.
La televisión podría ser más moderna (aunque era de pantalla plana). No se podían ver algunos canales de TDT. Nos dijeron que no se sintonizaban en el hotel, tal vez sea un problema de la antena colenctiva.
Párking gratuíto (al aire libre, pero en un recinto cerrado).

Habitaciones amplias, muy confortables y silnciosas. Estupenda situacion, muy cerca de zona comercial y turistica, y ademas con aparcamiento gratis y sin problemas.

Buen hotel, a unos 15 minutos del centro. Lo mejor disponer de parking gratuito.

La atencion fue muy profesional, atenta y cordial. Identificando los empleados de servicio con lo que si habia cualquier problema poder identificar facil el responsable.

con una zona ajardinada en la entrada, que se agradece abrir la ventana y no ver trafico, o edificios.

Las habitaciones me sorprendieron mucho en relación a las imágenes mostradas ya que no eran reales-fiables. Además, las indicaciones solicitadas amablemente al hotel no fueron atendidas (sobre todo que fuera una habitación sin ruidos), y tras solicitar un cambio de habitación la respuesta fue "lo vemos mañana porque hoy no es posible", lo que me sorprendió al estar medio hotel vacío...
En resumen, no volveré.

Hemos estado solamente el fin de semana pero nos ha dejado una muy buena impresion. Las habitaciones comodas y muy limpias, personal agradable y el desayuna genial.  Very Happy

Very Happy One of the best hotels in my life..extremally polite staff in reception, well speaking english,very fast check in, free carpark, beautiful garden with swimming pool, breakfast and dinner with excellent selection of food, nice place to stay for visiting Jerez , short walk distance from Royal Horse School.
