Santaella itself is a pretty, traditional whitewashed village with attractive squares, impressive churches and a castle.

After a day's sightseeing or enjoying the natural surroundings, return to the hotel to try the extensive menu offered in the restaurant. Traditional Spanish cuisine is complemented by vegetarian options and a wide selection of wines from the hotel's own cellar.
