I arrived at the hotel but they told me they had a problem with hot water and they had to transfer me to another hotel. It was a bit of a shock but everything turned out good at the end. They transferred us to hotel Aranea which is a 3 star hotel. I had booked a room + breakfast for 3 nights and the Aranea Hotel still guaranteed the breakfast though it was a higher category hotel. They even payed the taxi transfer from Auto Hogar to Hotel Aranea!
By the way the hotel was clean and everyone was nice.
