Month ago, I went to Prague to visit my old friends from high school. I've found very good hotel dirrectly on Wenceslas square - Best Prague. I found this accommodation on we sites http://www.aaaahotels.com/ . Very good site, quick responce, low prices. I reccomend this site to you. See ya and have a nice time in Prague.
