Estoy dispuesto a permitir que alguien se quede a vivir en mi villa a cambio de que dicha persona la mantenga en estados optimos para que cuando el agente de ventas traiga a los clientes la encuentre en orden el candidato debe supervisar al jardinero para asegurarse que los jardines la pisina y el area en la playa esten limpias y mantenidas necesito buenas referencias y experiencia del candidato

I own a large villa in Cabarete that is for sale. The people who were suppose to watch my villa for some reazon had to leave the country, and I need to find someone to take care of it. I am presently out of the country and do not intend to return except to close the sale.

I am willing to let someone live in the house rent-free, in exchange that the house is kept always in clean and good conditions for the real estate agent who brings clients to see it, the candidate must supervice the gardner in orther to ensure that the pool is cleaned & the garden and beach areas are maintained properly.
