Reception is located outside, and it is not easy to find. You have to pay 100 euros deposit. They change towels one day a week. We came on wednesday, and they were changing them every thursday - so first day they were clean and then they didn't change them at all. We are couple and there were only twin beds. If you got a room from the street side it can be loud, but if it's not very busy you can change it. They are nice and helpfull, speak English. It is close to city centre, seaside, Port Aventura, airport, bus station and taxis. There is nice swimming pool as well. Good for the price Wink
