It is a spacious bungalow with a large lot and frontage onto the only local road in Manuel Antonio. It is quiet with no neighbours across the way. Its lawn holds numerous fruit trees and flora. You almost do not have to leave the front yard to catch a glimpse of most of the local wildlife! The house has one huge bedroom that can accommodate 1 king and 1 queen size bed if necessary. There are wood closets, an air conditioner, T.V. and a walk out to a side patio from which you can walk over to our neighbouring Inn on the Park Bed & Breakfast to enjoy the swimming pool, shower and barbecue area. The second room is smaller but very cozy! The large shower adjoins it and the washroom and laundry facilities are located on an enclosed back patio. The living room has 2 couches, T.V, VCR, air conditioner, 2 telephone lines. It opens to a dining room and a open concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker and blender, refrigerator, and all necessary dishes and utensils. Marta, our amazing housekeeper, will be by daily, or less frequent if you choose. And Lester, the gardener, will make sure the plants and grounds are healthy and clean. It is truly a cozy and cottage-style place with an earthy but modern feel! the price is $1500 per month.
