Country Pub Accommodation : Laos is eager to promote ecotourism and visitors can stay in specially constructed ecolodges available around the country, these include lodges in Laopako, one hour 30 minutes from Vientiane on the Nam Mgum river, or the Boat Landing in Luang Namtha province.
