This complex consists of a 6-storey main building with a total of 150 apartments, constructed in 1982. The client can use free the california hotel facilities, situated in front of this complex. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a cafe, a newspaper shop, a supermarket, a shop and a lift. Additional facilities include a bar, a pub, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children, swimming pool and terrace. In addition, the hotel has its own laundry service and medical assistance. Car parking facilities in the form of a garage and a car park are available for those arriving by car (some of them with an aditional cost).

The functional apartments are fitted with a bathroom, an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, central heating and a safe.

Hemos salido muy contentos tanto con el servicio como con las instalaciones, la comida no esta mal,  los apartamentos son  espaciosos y las camas y el sofá-cama son muy cómodos, también hay al lado mismo un supermercado y la playa no esta lejos, a unos 300m. El único inconveniente sin importancia, es que los apartamentos no tienen piscina propia, es por eso que has de cruzar la calle para ir al hotel California garden que son del mismo dueño,y poder disfrutar de las instalaciones (piscina, gimnasio, minigolf...)   [read more]
