Opened in 1990, the building consists of 6 storeys and a total of 400 apartments. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby, a 24-hour reception with a safe (in the Internacional II apartments), a currency exchange desk, lift access, a café and a bar.

The apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge. The hotel's staff cleans the rooms when guests have vacated them.

In the hotel grounds, guests will find a freshwater pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and a snack bar. The hotel also offers tennis and a varied entertainment programme.

El apartamento aun era grandecilla...lo que me quede impresionada porque le faltaba la puerta de la lavadora y estaba arrancado el pestillo de la puerta, las camas son confortables...lo que deberían de revisar más el apartamento porque mate mas de alguna visitante...La piscina tenia musgo flotando...pero se podía estar.
