Renovated in 2003, this 2-storey complex comprises 86 spacious apartments, which are ideal for couples, groups and families. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange desk in addition to a café and a games room. Fees apply for use of the laundrette's and there is a bicycle storage facility to make use of.

The apartments with 1 bedroom come with a bathroom, a bedroom with 2 beds, a lounge/ bedroom with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and balcony or terrace. The apartments with 2 bedrooms contain 4 beds as well as an additional shower room. All apartments come with a hire safe as standard.

Leisure options include a heated swimming pool, a poolside snack bar and parasols and sun loungers that have been laid out ready for use. It is possible to play billiards.
