Opened in 2003, this Aparthotel offers a total of 40 apartments spread over 2 floors, of which 30 are one bedroom apartments, 2 are suites, 8 two bedrooms apartment and 2 are studios. The hotel's facilities include a spacious garden, a substantial lobby, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. Furthermore, there is a cosy café and a restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the Internet access. Additional services include a room and laundry service as well as medical assistance. La estancia en el Apartahotel la Espadaña, en Rota,  ha resultado fantástica en todos los sentidos. Realizamos la reserva de manera muy cómoda a través de Destinia, durante una semana del 1 al 8 de Septiembre en un apartamento de 1 dormitorio, en régimen de Alojamiento y Desayuno, para 2  adultos y 2 niños de 3 y 4 años. Al confirmar la reserva con el hotel, le hicimos una serie de peticiones sobre las características y la ubicación del apartamento que pretendíamos y al llegar allí nos sorprendimos gratamente porque nos habían asignado uno que reunía todos los requisitos que le pedimos.
