Built in 2001, this hotel consists of a 4-floored building and a 3-storey annexe building with a total of 93 apartments. The hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception including a safe for storing valuables and a lift. There is a bar, a games room and a TV room in the hotel. In addition, the hotel has its own car park and a garage as well as a laundry service and room service.

The pleasant en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a stereo, a kitchenette, a minibar (filled for an additional fee), a fridge, tiling, air conditioning (dependent on the season), central heating, a safe, a lounge and a balcony or a terrace.

Guests are offered use of the pool with a children s area, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and a Jacuzzi. A golf course is situated around 6 km away and a seasonal entertainment programme and tennis facilities are also available for an extra charge.

Hemos estado 5 personas pasando una semana de agosto en el apartahotel Mojacar Beach con media pensión. En general nos ha defraudado mucho dado que se supone que es de 4 estrellas y parecía de 1. La habitación era normal y lo bueno que tenía era que como estaba en la 4ª planta tenía vistas al mar porque desde las otras plantas no se ve. En una semana solo nos limpiaron la habitación 2 veces y tuvimos que pedir en varias ocasiones que nos proporcionaran toallas limpias y papel higiénico.
