Rooms are modern and bright, using lots of light browns and dark wood furniture. All are fully equipped and offer all the facilities expected of this category of hotel. The hotels restaurant is located on the ground floor and serves a range of International and Latvian cuisine. A modern purpose built hotel which uses lots of glass and steel in its construction. Lobby is large and airy with natural daylight, the lobby bar is adjacent to the reception area offering some seating. An excellently located hotel in the heart of Riga.

Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte im Avalon. Ich buchte über Destinia.com 2 Zimmer(1Doppelzimmer und 1 Doppelzimmer+Kind). Die Zimmer waren serh geräumig und in einem guten Zustand. Optimale Lage, ob jetzt ein Stadtbummel anlag oder die Fahrt mit dem Zug nach Jurmala an die Ostsee. Riga ist sehr teuer. Für die Restaurantbesuche zahlten wir teilweise mehr wie hier in Deutschland. Es waren 2 wunderschöne Tage, wir werden nochmals nach Riga kommen.   [read more]
