This hotel forms part of the """"Barceló Bávaro Beach Resort, Convention Centre, Golf Course & Casino"""" resort that comprises 5 separately managed resorts. Guests may make use of the facilities on all 5 of the resorts as well as certain facilities in the Bávaro Palace (additional fees apply). The Barceló Express train regularly travels through the complex, providing a link between the various hotels and most important facilities. The holiday complex comprises a total of 600 rooms housed within many 2 to 4 storey housing units that lie amidst wonderfully kept, tropical gardens. In the central area is an open foyer with a 24-hour reception area, a lobby bar, a safe and a currency exchange bureau. There are also various boutiques, a bank, a jeweller's shop, a supermarket, a beauty and hair salon, a chemist, several handcraft shops and a casino within the complex. Dining options include a buffet restaurant, an air-conditioned à la carte Mexican restaurant, a steakhouse, a Spanish gourmet restaurant as well as 3 different bars. There are also 2 nightclubs open to guests as well as medical assistance, a bicycle hire service (for an additional fee) as well as room and laundry services. There are car park and garage facilities for those arriving by car.

Hola , estuve en el Barcelo Bavaro Caribe Beach el pasado mes de marzo 2008. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion, y la playa bastante cuidada y limpia, las instalaciones del hotel en general estan bastante bien, las habitaciones un 4 estrellas corriente, aunque los baños en especial griferia , un poco viejo. El ambiente en general ,es de gente joven, viajes de fin de curso muchos españoles, al menos en la epoca que fui yo. El complejo todo incluido 4 estrellas, incluye 4 buffet y 4 restaurantes,  los buffet bastante regular, me dio bastante asco ver como habia bichos en los postres en el buffet orquidea, ademas los camareros, no hacen nada pr...   [read more]
