Description of the Hotel Carletto:

The rooms (which include a suite and several two-bathroom rooms) are spacious and comfortable. The style of some rooms is elegantly old fashioned, whilst the newest rooms are more modern and equipped with all the latest comforts, such as wireless Internet connection and a ionic system to purify the air, good especially for allergies. There is a large breakfast room, elegantly furnished in traditional Venetian style, with beautiful chandeliers hanging from tall ceilings, pictures on the walls and big plants all over. This 6-storey modern building is surrounded by private parking. The lobby is luxurious and elegantly decorated. A good standard hotel, the Carletto is definitely superior for its category, and also located close to Treviso airport. On request, the hotel can arrange transport to and from the airport. RO03/08

Diciamo che per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è nella media, ma era un last minut. Ma visto che è un tre stelle e che il prezzo è abitualmente molto più alto lo sconsigliamo. Innanzi tutto la camera è piùtosto squalida, direi del tipo a ore, anche se le lenzuola erano pulite non si può dire altretanto delle tende (grigie) e dei muri con varie traccie nere fino ad un altezza di 30/40cm.  Le finestre che non si aprivano aggevolmente (da registrare) uno dei scuri con il fermo rotto, di conseguenza rimaneva apperto 15 cm, e per uno come me che si sveglia al minimo spiraglio di luce è fastidiosissimo.
