The hotel was built in 1865; this welcoming, family-run city hotel combines a Victorian charm with modern comforts. It has a total of 103 guestrooms spread over 4 floors. Some of the facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Complimentary broadband Internet access (WLAN) is available for guests with their own laptops. The spacious conference rooms are ideal for meetings and receptions. Gostámos muito do hotel que escolhemos, neste caso hotel Columbia em Londres, o serviço é bom, o pequeno almoço continental é que deverá ser melhorado, acrescentar um queijinho, um iogurte e já fica mais equilibrado. em relação ao preço/qualidade está dentro do normal para um hotel de 2 estrelas, a localização é magnifica com transportes à porta "metro e bus", as instalações apesar de antigas estão conservadas, o pavimento de madeira range muito mas não é considerável,as camas são boas e a limpeza também. É na nossa opinião um hotel a recomendar!    [read more]
